At Nandhini Silks, we ensure that every saree is thoroughly inspected before being shipped to you. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer an effortless exchange policy.

Exchange Conditions

• Exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The saree must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags, falls, and pico intact.
• Items altered or damaged by the customer are not eligible for exchange.

How to Request an Exchange

Contact our support team via email or phone. Upon verification, we will provide you with a return shipping address. Once your item is received and inspected, your exchange or store credit will be processed promptly.
